Understanding and Unraveling the Fear
Introduction:
When you book a session with me, it’s not uncommon to experience fear and uncertainty. I want to reassure you that my services are not related to anything illegal or explicit. Instead, they focus on healing and personal growth. In this blog post, I’ll shed light on why these feelings arise, how you can prepare for a session with me, and why self-discovery, although sometimes daunting, is a valuable journey worth embarking on.
Understanding the Fear:
It’s entirely normal to feel apprehensive when meeting someone for therapeutic reasons. The subconscious mind begins its process as soon as you schedule an appointment, which can bring up emotions and blockages you’ve been carrying. This self-healing process starts well before our session, but there’s no need to worry. I’m a kind and experienced practitioner who has been in your shoes, both as a patient and a guide. Self-awareness and self-discovery are simultaneously exciting and intimidating, but the benefits are immense, and it’s worth trusting someone who is willing to help you along the way.
We All Carry Baggage:
Remember, we all have our own baggage to unpack. I engage in my own sessions as a patient, working through past experiences and continually studying these processes for my personal development and to better assist those in need. My sessions aim to provide you with a deeper understanding of yourself and to help restore balance between body, mind, and spirit. I put my utmost effort into making this happen.
Preparing for Your Session:
If you’re facing a particular blockage or challenge in your life, consider when it first appeared and what might be causing it. Thinking about this before our session will be helpful for your process, and it will provide me with valuable insights. In such cases, I can prepare specific music, sound therapy, and select the right essential oils for our session. If you’re interested in guided meditation or seeking guidance for your future, we can also explore my angelic cards, which may offer insights on what to focus on or what to release in your journey.
Duration and Integration:
My sessions often run longer than initially agreed upon, especially when necessary. I do not charge extra for the additional time. Alternatively, we can continue our session online, depending on your preference. After a session, I recommend setting aside some time for rest and integration, as it can be essential for the overall experience.
Preparing Your Space:
To prepare for a session, ensure you have a warm and comfortable environment. Place some towels on the bed to prevent it from becoming oily. It would be great if you could provide some fruits, cashews, or vegetarian snacks to keep your energy up between sessions. I have a penchant for tea with honey, any variety will do.
Conclusion:
As you embark on this journey of self-discovery and healing, remember that it’s okay to feel fear and apprehension. These emotions are part of the process. I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way, ensuring your experience is as beneficial and transformative as possible. Together, we’ll explore the depths of your inner world and unlock the potential for growth and healing.
Much Love,
Andrea
